How are conference call minutes calculated?
Your conference call minutes are calculated depending on whether or not your conference participants incur long-distance charges. If you conduct a toll conference call, your participants incur their own long-distance minutes. We begin charging when each person connects to the conference and stop when the last line is disconnected. Minutes are calculated separately for each participant line, and all of the participants' conference call minutes are added together for your total.
How often will I receive a statement?
Each month we notify you by e-mail that conference call charges have posted to your credit card. Additionally, you may view this information anytime by accessing your conference call account. Your conferencing charges will be reflected on your account in the last week of the month.
Can I charge teleconferences to my credit card?
Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Your credit card will be charged once a month for all the teleconferences that you have had since the last billing period. Your card will not be charged any monthly fees.
